Amrut Water Project

Project value : 245 Cr.

Atal mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) is a massive undertaking by the ministry of housing and urban affairs to provide basic services (e.g. water supply, sewerage, urban transport) to households and build amenities in cities, which will improve the quality of life for all, especially the poor and the disadvantaged. The Committee estimated that Rs. 39.2 lakh crore was required for the creation of urban infrastructure, including Rs. 17.3 lakh crore for urban roads and Rs. 8 lakh crore for services, such as water supply, sewerage, solid waste management and stormwater drains.

Gaja’s scope in this prestigious project includes:

  • 205 Cr. project for providing water supply in Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Telangana in 18 months. Scope includes constructing a pump house,  laying 384 Kms of DI pipe, 377 kms of HDPE pipe, Eight 600 KL to 900 KL Elevated reservoirs, One 800 KL reservoir at ground level to supply water to 35000 households
  • 49 Cr. Project for providing water supply in Tirupathi. Scope includes constructing a pump house,  laying 3.43 Kms of DI pipe, 8.3 Kms of MS steel pipe, and 30.7 km of HDPE fitting to serve 4934 households in the holy city of Tirupathi
